Over the past year, members of the firm have continued to be actively involved with and have authored a number of chapters and articles for various legal publications and continuing education seminars.

Mary Schmidt has authored chapters for a number of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education publications, including the "Massachusetts Probate Manual,” “Massachusetts Divorce Law and Practice,” “A Practical Guide to Estate Planning in Massachusetts,” and “Drafting Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts.” 

Phyllis Federico is the co-editor of the Massachusetts Divorce Law and Practice Manual (2008) and Massachusetts.  She also is the co-author of the Massachusetts Family Law Citator (2008).

Sandy Durland has authored and co-authored a number of articles including, “Defending Accounts,” Equity Actions in the Probate Court, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (2008) and “Financial Statements,” Massachusetts Divorce Law Practice Manual, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (2008).
