Since joining Schmidt & Federico, P.C. in 2001, her practice has focused in all areas of domestic relations and family law. In the spring of 2008, Jennifer was elected to the board of Directors of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. She is also a member of the Boston Bar Association Family Law Section Steering Committee and Co-Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Subcommittee.
