Sandy has authored and co-authored a number of articles including, “Defending Accounts,” Equity Actions in the Probate Court, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (to be published in 2005) and “Financial Statements,” Massachusetts Divorce Law Practice Manual, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (2003, rev. ed. 2005), as well as other articles for the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations, Massachusetts Lawyer’s Weekly and the National Business Institute. He has frequently lectured on such topics as will contests, alimony and child support, child custody and visitation, equitable property division, contempt actions as well as on recent developments and changes in family law.
